HULKMAN Alpha 85

Haven’t used it yet. Can see build is solid and display is big and bright, like the flashlight. Thanks for the free AC wall adapter.

After my new car needed to be jump started twice, just because I listen to the radio at lunch (even in accessories off position), I decided to purchase the Hulkman Alpha 85. While I have yet to use it, I am ready now for an unexpected low battery incident. I purchased the case and was surprised to see a slot for an AC charger, which was not included with my Alpha 85. It was explained to me by customer service that they no longer included the AC charger because most customers were using USB. They immediately informed me that they could send me one if I wished! Along with the great quality of the items I received, they have great customer service. What more could you ask for?

Had a minor set back with the original order but Hulkman customer service came through!!

I’ve been wanting one of these for years but after no one bought it for me for my birthday I just got it for myself. The only thing I’d like would be a wider cable girth. It’s fine for a regular battery but some vehicles have a point on there to clip it to further away. Like a Honda van. These would be easier with a wider cable. Maybe they have an additional add on one I did it check yet. This thing also can charge your phone in a pinch so I’m thrilled with it.

I like the product BUT am disappointed that Hulkman has discontinued providing the 65W wall charger. I had major problems trying to charge with the USB to C cable that was provided. Destroyed 2 USB block prongs and tripped surge protectors trying to use it. After complaints Hulkman sent me the 65 W charger and things worked great. I was thinking of buying a couple more for family members but would be very hesitant now that Hulkman has stopped providing the wall charger.

I haven't needed to use my Hulkman 85 yet, but it appears to be well designed and has quality construction. I watched a number of videos comparing jump packs and the Hulkman has the best combination of performance, features, and value. I don't normally care about the packaging something comes in, but the packaging is like a jewelry box and would make a Hulkman a great gift!

Received Hulkman Alpha 85 and was happy with item. Noticed the wall charger was not sent and Fernando of Customer Service, when i reached out to complain, promptly explained and shipped me one. Love the customer service, i told several people and showed them the product and they wanted the website and will be buying from Hulkman Direct. Thanks again
