What’s more, you can unlock the Extended Hulkman Care benefit by filling out the verification form by scanning the QR code on the bonus card within your product package. Important Note: You must submit your application within 60 days from the date of product purchase—late submissions will result in the forfeiture of this extended warranty eligibility. Extended Hulkman Care policy terms
1. Warranty Duration
Hulkman Alpha Series: An additional 1 year of limited extended warranty service is provided on top of the standard 2-year warranty period.
Hulkman Mega Series: Standard 5-year warranty period applies—no extended warranty service is available.
Hulkman Solva Series: Standard 2-year warranty period applies—no extended warranty service is available.
2. Extended Warranty Eligibility
(1) Applications must be submitted within 60 days from the date of product purchase. Late submissions will result in the forfeiture of extended warranty eligibility.
(2) Eligible products are genuine Hulkman items purchased through official channels including the Hulkman official website/Amazon/Walmart/TikTok.
*Note: Accessories purchased separately—including clamps, adapters/chargers, carrying bags, extension cords, and conversion cables—are not covered under the extended warranty policy.
(3) Applications must be submitted via the designated verification form, along with supporting documents: the order number (to confirm official channel purchase) and the serial number printed on the genuine product packaging, product nameplate, or label.
3. Extended Warranty Coverage Scope
(1) Covered Scenarios: Free repair or replacement is offered for products with insufficient service life or functional failure caused by material or workmanship defects.
(2) Non-covered Scenarios: Damage resulting from accidents, intentional misuse, or operation in violation of the instructions and warnings provided in the user manual.
(3) Non-covered Scenarios: Normal wear and tear or aging of the product that occurs during regular use, provided the product remains functionally intact.
