  1. Mega and Solva(solar panel) are sold separately.

  2. WARNING: Please read Mega User Manual carefully before using the Mega. Failure to follow the safety instructions could result in fire, explosion, electric shock, or other injury or damage to Mega or other property. Read all safety information and operating instructions before using Mega

  3. Grounding Instruction: This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local code ordinances.

  4. Installation Instruction: Please insert the external cable plug completely into the Mega's socket to prevent the socket from being damaged or even causing a fire accident due to loose contact.

  5. Moving Instruction: Ensure the product is not hit, dropped, or heavily vibrated. Securely fasten the product when transporting it to avoid damage. If the product is severely damaged, turn off the power source immediately and discontinue using the product.

  6. Medical Device Interference: Mega contains magnets and/or components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields. These electromagnetic fields might interfere with medical devices.Consult your doctor and medical device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device and whether you need to maintain a safe distance of separation between your medical device and Mega. Manufacturers often provide recommendations on the safe use of their devices around wireless or magnet products to prevent possible interference. If you suspect Mega is interfering with your medical device, stop using your Mega.

  7. Usage Restrictions: This product is not recommended for powering medical emergency equipment related to personal safety, including but not limited to medical grade ventilators (hospital version CPAP : Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), artificial lungs (ECMO: Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation), etc. Please follow your doctor's instructions and consult with the manufacturer for restrictions on the use of the equipment. If used for general medical equipment, please be sure to monitor the power status to ensure that the power does not run out. "

  8. FCC Compliance Statement: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation."

  9. Disposal and Recycling Information: according to local laws and regulations, your product and/or its battery shall be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, take it to a designated battery recycling bin or a collection point designated by local authorities. The separate collection and recycling of your product and/or its battery at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment. For information about Hulkman’s recycling programme and recycling collection points, restricted substances and other environmental initiatives, visit hulkman.com/environment. The product contains batteries with potentially dangerous chemicals, so it is strictly prohibited to dispose of it in ordinary trash cans. For more details, please follow the local laws and regulations on battery recycling and disposal. If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to product failure, please do not dispose of the product directly in the battery recycling box, instead, contact a professional battery recycling company for further processing. Please dispose of over-discharged batteries that cannot be recharged. When disposing of secondary cells or batteries, keep cells or batteries of different electrochemical systems separate from each other.

  10. CAUTION: Disposal of a battery into a fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, can result in an explosion. Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature environment can result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquids or gases. A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquids or gases.

  12. Fan noise testing conducted at a distance of 1 meter

  13. Low-Temperature Operational Test: Charge the main unit fully at room temperature, then place it in a low-temperature chamber with the output cable extended outside to connect a load. Set the chamber temperature to -20°C. Once the battery cell surface temperature stabilizes to match the chamber temperature, conduct load discharge. After three cycles, test the power supply’s output voltage, current, ripple, and short-circuit performance parameters online (with the product remaining in the chamber). All parameters must meet specifications.

  14. High-Temperature Operational Test: Charge the main unit fully at room temperature, then place it in a high-temperature chamber with the output cable extended outside to connect a compatible charger and load. Set the chamber temperature to +40°C. Conduct three charge-discharge cycles, then test the output voltage, current, ripple, and short-circuit parameters online (product remains in the chamber). All parameters must meet specifications.

  15. Low-Temperature Storage Test: Set the low-temperature chamber to -20°C. Place the power supply in the chamber for 24 hours, then remove it and allow it to stabilize at 25±1°C for 30 minutes. The power supply must start normally with all electrical parameters within specifications.

  16. High-Temperature Storage Test: Set the high-temperature chamber to +60°C. Place the power supply in the chamber for 24 hours, then remove it and allow it to stabilize at 25±1°C for 30 minutes. The power supply must start normally with all electrical parameters within specifications.

  17. Case Temperature Rise Test: At a standard input voltage and full-load output, with an ambient temperature of 25±1°C, the surface temperature of the power supply casing must not exceed 70°C.

  18. Drop Test: Drop the product from a height of 70 cm onto a concrete floor. Perform one drop per corner (4 corners) and one drop per face (6 faces). After testing, the power supply must show no visible functional damage or casing cracks.

  19. Vibration Test: Conduct vibration testing at a frequency range of 10–300 Hz with an acceleration of 1.0G (displacement: 3.5 mm). Vibrate the product for 30 minutes along each of the X, Y, and Z axes. After testing, the power supply must function normally.

  20. Environmental Conditions: The storage and operational environment must be free of acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive chemical gases.

  21. Store it in a dry and cool place after shutting down the device. Clean the product ports with a dry cloth. Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents. It's recommended to perform maintenance every 3 months

  22. Maintenance method: discharge the device's battery completely, then recharge it to between 30% and 60% capacity

  23. Specifications are subject to change without notice
